A Note on Grammar: As a member of the Klingon Language Institute, I take a conservative approach to grammar and vocabulary, and use only Okrandian canon. I vouch for the correctness of these texts at the time of their writing. I add this qualifier because these texts were written at various times, using our understanding of grammar and vocabulary from that time. In some cases, our understanding has changed over time; I haven't gone back and revised these texts to reflect these changes. (These changes aren't all that numerous, but if you want to get a feel for them, you can see the Klingon Grammar Addendum at this site or the New Words list at the KLI.)
